“There’s some kind of misunderstanding here, we’re American…”

“Ok…what kind of American are you?”

Last week we shared the first poster and today we finally get a look at the first trailer for A24’s intense trailer for their new film, “Civil War.”  We found ourselves holding our breath for the entire 2:23 seconds and it left us a little speechless at the end.  Nick Offerman as a fascist U.S. President of the United States… just brilliant.

Director Alex Garland tells the tale and follows the events as the U.S. tears itself apart during a civil war where government forces attack civilians and shoot journalists in the Capitol.  Anyone else find this chilling?  REALLY chilling…  The film stars Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, Cailee Spaeny, Stephen McKinley Henderson and Wagner Moura.  (Jesse Plemons is just creepy/ disturbing in this clip)
